1. About This Service
Allimgtools provides online image processing tools — including compression, resizing, conversion, cropping, rotation, and EXIF metadata removal. You can use these tools without creating an account. An account (via Google Sign-In) is required only to subscribe to the Pro plan.
2. Your Files
Files you upload are processed on our servers and automatically deleted within 3 hours. We do not store, analyze, share, or use your images for any purpose beyond the immediate processing task you requested.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Allimgtools to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content you do not have rights to
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or exploit the service
- Use automated tools to abuse the service in a way that impacts other users
4. Account
When you sign in with Google, we store your name, email address, and profile picture to identify your account. We do not receive or store your Google password. You can delete your account at any time from your My Page. If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account.
5. Pro Plan & Billing
The Pro plan is a monthly subscription billed at $5/month. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not store your payment card details.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your My Page. Upon cancellation, your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at support@allimgtools.com and we will do our best to help.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change the subscription price. We will notify subscribers by email with at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect.
6. Disclaimer
Allimgtools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, damages, or issues arising from the use of this service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
